Our Classes
The reformer will quickly becomes your favourite way to move your body, trust us! We have a few different class styles, all guaranteed to have you sweating and smiling.
Foundations is our beginner friendly class, it’s all about setting you up for success on the reformer and learning the basics, we recommend booking into one of these if you’ve never done pilates before! You’ll learn the ropes of the reformer and some of our go to exercises and from there you can build and build!
Mums + Bubs is for all our mamas and mums to be, this class is pre and post natal friendly and we also offer free child minding for your little ones. The class ranges from beginner to intermediate with plenty of options to rest along the way, or take challenges if you’re up for it.
Athletic Reformer is for our intermediate to advanced pilates people, you know your way around the machine and you’ve come to work! The class has a lot more focus on strength training with high intensity bursts - you’ll sweat, you’ll shake and you’ll walk away ready to book your next class!
