Our Classes

  • Open Level

    This class is perfect for beginners to intermediates with plenty of opportunity to level up or stick with the basics.

    Expect a full body reformer workout, served how ever you'd like!

    If your a newbie there's no experience is necessary, our instructors will take care of you every step of the way!

  • Mums + Bubs

    Mums + Bubs

    Mums + Bubs is for all our mums and mums to be!

    Designed to challenge your core + control and build strength through your entire body. As always you have plenty of options to level up along the way or just take those beginner options.

    This class is prenatal friendly and we offer free child minding for your little ones that are on the move. For the bubs, they can lay next to you on a rug or in a capsule. Be sure to bring along toys and snacks to keep your little ones happy while they hang out with our resident child minder!

    Not a mum or pregnant? Totally fine - this class is for anyone!

  • Core + Control

    No one ever said light springs were easy!

    This class is all about working your core and control through a flow of exercises challenging balance, range of movement and some serious core and full body burn.
    Expect the wobbles, the sweat and the "hurts when you laugh" kind of results!

    This ones for those who know their way around the reformer.

  • Strength

    Strength will get your heart racing and body shaking with strength based exercise blocks targeting all those sweet spots!

    Expect heavy springs, dumbbells and timed blocks of work until fatigue. Small moves with a big impact!

    This class is best for intermediates who are familiar with the reformer and intermediate > advanced springs!

  • Strength Sweat

    A crowd fave for intermediates who know their way around a reformer!

    We're working heavy strength blocks with bursts of cardio hiding at every corner, often including the jumpboard and props!

    You'll love the challenge of a full body blast, don't forget that sweat towel!
